Experience:- Min 5yrs to Max 7 yrs
Working Hours:- 12 hours
Salary:- 6 Lacs To 9 Lacs (Per Anumm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
•Make accurate & timely production planning
•Making schedules for achieving production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources
•Assure reduction in abnormal wastage and achieve yield %
•Estimating costs for production and setting the quality standards for the products
•Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
•Ensure the accuracy in production as per the specifications of design team for new product
•Ensure about the least breakdown time for the resources
•Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment’s
•Effective co-ordination with other department managers to implement the policies & goals of the company
•Accurate & timely reporting to the management
•Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly
•Ensure the standard data capturing method
•Supervising & motivating the team members
•Reviewing the performance of sub-ordinates & provide them the required guidance
•Identifying the training needs
•Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team
•Projects to be implemented
oImplementation of ERP in the department
oImplementation of 5S process in the department
